What are the costs involved in letting my property?

FULL MANAGEMENT LET & RENT COLLECTION

12.5% of the monthly rental amount plus VAT at the prevailing rate (15% inclusive of VAT)

Tenancy Setup Cost

(including all Advertising, Tenancy Agreements, Inventory & Schedule of Condition & End of Tenancy Check)

SET UP FEE                           £350.00 + VAT (£420 inclusive of VAT)

Safety Testing

  • Landlords Gas Safety Test & Service £95
  • EICR 5 Year Inspection from £150
  • Energy Performance Certificate £90

Amendments / Additions

  • Tenancy extension or amendment if requested £95
  • Tenancy renewal if requested £95
  • Bailiff attendance £180
  • Vacant property visits £48 per visit
  • Court attendance £300
  • Cancellation of an agreed let £300
  • Attendance with British Gas engineer £60
  • Overseeing refurbishment projects with works in excess of £2,500 – 5% of the total invoiced

Non Managed Additional Services

  • Serving notice to end a tenancy of a non-managed property £95
  • Arranging safety testing for a non-managed property £25 plus the invoice total
  • Tenancy deposit dispute handling £75 per hour
  • Overseeing refurbishment projects with works in excess of £2,500 – 5% of the total invoiced
