- Attendance with British Gas engineer £60
- Overseeing refurbishment projects with works in excess of £2,500 – 5% of the total invoiced
Non Managed Additional Services
- Serving notice to end a tenancy of a non-managed property £95
- Arranging safety testing for a non-managed property £25 plus the invoice total
- Tenancy deposit dispute handling £75 per hour
